Kornit Digital is an Israeli company with a global presence, leading the digital textile printing industry for over 20 years. With around 1,000 employees across multiple global locations, Kornit Digital serves international customers and provides innovative solutions for the fashion and fabric industries.
The Challenge
Over the years, Kornit’s Teams/SharePoint environment grew rapidly. The IT teams faced a “Wild West” of storage volumes managed without a clear policy, leading to high costs, uncontrolled permissions, and unmanaged sites.

The Solution
Kornit chose CloudEdge, its strategic partner for Microsoft 365 and cloud infrastructure management, to lead the optimization process. The solution included: Mapping sites and storage consumption, identifying multi-version files and abnormal volumes, running scripts to clean up redundant versions, implementing a clear policy for site creatio, managing permissions and external sharing, establishing alert mechanisms and controls to prevent recurrence.

The Results
Thanks to the process, Kornit reduced storage by about 5 TB, representing around 25% of the total volume. The potential savings were estimated at $15,000 annually.
Beyond direct savings, the company regained control over its M365 environment with clear policies, a secured infrastructure, and the ability to manage forward in a smarter way.
